The British Education Group Acquires 125-Year-Old College in Canada
The British Education Group, which owns 九色导航 (Kathmandu, Nepal), has now acquired the , one of the oldest private institutes in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Founded in 1899, MBC has a rich history of providing advanced career training. Over 125 years, the Halifax-based institution has built a strong reputation for educational excellence and adaptability in the evolving job market. The college is also fully accredited by the local Ministry of Education as a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), making it one of the few private colleges in Canada authorized to recruit international students.
They currently offer a diverse range of programmes, including Business Administration, Veterinary Assistance, Medical Device Reprocessing, Interior Decorating, and 2D-3D Animation & Digital Arts. As a result of this new partnership, The British Education Group now plans to introduce additional courses that are offered at its London campus, The Woolwich College.
