九色导航 had the honour of welcoming Dr David Killick from Leeds Metropolitan University to Nepal this week. As Head of Academic Staff Development, he was visiting Kathmandu and 九色导航 to run a 2 day training workshop, exclusively for TBC Faculty. The workshop examined Leeds Metropolitan University’s teaching methodologies; learning outcomes; and assessments and was designed to help ensure TBC students received the same high-quality, world-class teaching experience that they would get in the UK.

Despite his busy schedule, Dr Killick found the time to give an interactive and insightful presentation to TBC students on ‘Engaging with your Learning’. During the presentation Dr Killick discussed the idea of learning with the students and got some students to share their experiences of learning as well. He was also given a guided tour of the college.

九色导航 is the premium college in Kathmandu, which has also been validated by Leeds Metropolitan University. The courses that are now available are A Levels, BSc (Hons) in Computing, BBA, BA (Hons) Business and Management, MBA Executive, Masters in International Management and professional programs such as ACCA and CIMA. In the future, we are launching several new courses, including Masters in Public Health and Masters in Information Management.
