A Special College Event – Farewell 2016

The AS Level students of British Model College gave a farewell to the senior students of Batch 2014-16.  The farewell programme was celebrated with lots of enthusiasm and joy.  It was an occasion for the outgoing students to look back at the time that they spent in the college and the education that they acquired during the period. The programme started with a welcome speech by Mrs. Medina Shakya, A Level Coordinator.  Thereafter, there was a song by Bipal Pakhrin, an A2 student, and a dance by Aakriti Poudel, Hyeji Ma and Anshu Dangol, AS students, in honour of the seniors.

The main purpose of the event was to honour A2 students and bid farewell with tika, khada and a souvenir as the symbols of best wishes.   Mr. Bimal Pathak, Operations Director, along with the A Level Coordinator and dignitaries present at the event handed over the souvenirs to the A2 Level Students.  After all the fun and frolic, the senior students, Alisha Gurung and Simon Lamsar came on the stage and thanked their juniors and faculty for all their guidance and affection. They also shared their memorable moments spent with their classmates, juniors and faculty.

At the end, Mr. Rajan Rai, Assistant Coordinator, delivered a vote of thanks and wished them luck and success for their CIE exam and accomplishments in all their future endeavors.
